My Background and Approach
Meg works primarily with adults and couples, offering a safe and affirming space to address challenges such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, self-esteem, and trauma. For couples, Meg takes a strengths-based approach to foster reconnection, improve communication, deepen understanding, and rebuild trust. Meg is committed to creating an inclusive environment that celebrates neurodiversity and affirms the experiences of individuals within Queer community. Her therapeutic style blends warmth, compassion, and a touch of humor, grounded in trauma-informed and multicultural perspectives. She strives to cultivate a safe, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your emotions and experiences. Certificated as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP II) and in EMDR therapy, she has also received advanced training in therapeutic modalities, including somatic processing, dialectical techniques, internal family systems, and Gottman Level II.
