My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know from experience that it is difficult to find a Neurodivergent-affirming therapist. The first “Neurodivergent-affirming” therapist I ever saw suggested I stop using all electronics after 6:00 pm every day (who does that?). My mission is to be the therapist I needed when I was younger. I blend my extensive training and experience as a therapist with my personal journey as a Neurodivergent adult, helping you learn how to work with your Neurodivergence rather than against it.
