About My Clients
Are you looking for an affirming and safe space to explore your gender or sexual identity from a therapist who understands what it means to be queer? Are you struggling to navigate your relationships after coming out? I am here to support you. For the pas two years, I have worked at Life Coaching and Therapy under the direct supervision of Dr. Amanda Pasciucco and my clinical focus has been on the LGBTQ+ community, ADHD, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I enjoy utilizing an integrative approach to therapy that focuses on stories and how the different parts of us show up in the world. I studied Musical Theatre for my undergraduate degree, and I believe that art and humor can be an integral part of the healing process. I utilize narrative therapy, parts theory, and post-modern approaches to help people integrate themselves and their identities. I enjoy working with folks within the LGBTQIA+ community, young adults, people with ADHD, and people with anxiety.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My pronouns are she/her and I am queer and neurodivergent. I am an active member of the LGBTQ+ community and believe in creating a safe and affirming space for my clients. I am a relational therapist and I believe in fostering a positive and collaborative relationship with my clients.
