Her academic journey led her through Florida International University, where she accomplished her Bachelor's degree, followed by a meaningful tenure at Carlos Albizu University, culminating in a Masters degree with distinguished honors in 2015. Michelle's extensive experience spans a diverse spectrum of individuals, reflecting her profound understanding of each person's unique story. She brings a holistic perspective to her practice, acknowledging the intricate interplay between physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being. This approach ensures that each session is tailored to your individual needs, fostering a comprehensive sense of well-being. Michelle also hosts "The Mindful Space," a podcast and channel that serves as a haven for exploring crucial topics like addiction, recovery, mental health, and resilience.
