About My Clients
You may feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. Family expectations, cultural pressures, or past experiences make it hard to trust or feel confident in your relationships. You may struggle with people-pleasing, guilt, or setting boundaries, noticing these patterns not only in yourself but in your family too. Together, we'll explore intergenerational trauma and create new ways of relating to yourself and others in a space where you feel supported and seen.
My Background and Approach
My degree is in marriage and family therapy, and I am currently a dotoral candidate studying the same specialty. Through this training, I learned how to take a systemic approach to therapy, meaning I don't just see you and your "problem" or symptoms. I see how you have been shaped and informed by all of the systems you are a part of. I work to help you understand those systems and your role in them. I also utilize attachment-based therapies, somatic practicies, inner child work, and family systems thinking to explore and heal from intergenerational trauma. I take a warm, client-centered approach to therapy. You can show up exactly how you are, without pressure or judgement and we can work through whatever you bring in at your own pace.
