My Background and Approach
Sarah has been a psychologist for 14 years. She's practiced as a school psychologist & an autism specialist & psychologist with TEACCH. She specializes in supporting independence at every age & is passionate about helping individuals to maximize their independence & reach their personal goals. She primarily supports clients and their families through comprehensive psychological evaluations to help address concerns and understand strengths. She uses a neuro-affirming approach to identify areas of support that may be needed and recommend evidence-based practices to build social and emotional skills, self-awareness, and self-advocacy skills, and support executive functioning, attention, and processing differences that neurodivergent individuals may experience. Her approach keeps clients and their goals at the forefront of recommendations and goals in order to celebrate an individual's autonomy and neurodiversity.
