About My Clients
My clients are women who are on their journey to become mother's and their partners, young adults navigating careers and relationships, and adolescents who are struggling between wanting independence and figuring out who to depend on. As a parent, I believe that I understand the demands of raising children in todays world and enjoy working with other parents who might be struggling to find themselves while raising young children.
My Background and Approach
Life is full of experiences that catch us off guard, leaving us feeling fragile and vulnerable and full of emotions that are difficult to manage. Some of these events, such as pregnancy, parenthood, marriage, and new relationships often cause us to have juxtaposing emotions that can be challenging to navigate and contribute to feelings of isolation. As your therapist, I will walk beside you as you overcome life’s obstacles and help nurture any past wounds to help you live your best life. In addition to adults, I also love working with children from birth through adolescence. Whether your child is experiencing a big life transition such as divorce, death, or illness or they are expressing feelings of anxiety or depression with no known trigger, therapy can be a safe space for them to work through their emotions and build on coping strategies.
