I am passionate about working with those in the LGBTQIA+ community, and on issue

My Background and Approach

I use narrative, solution focused, and collaborative approaches to work with clients on achieving their own unique goals in therapy. My style as a therapist uses a direct approach to help clients create the life they imagine while considering their own strengths and values. Before working towards my master’s degree, I received a bachelor’s degree in Professional Aviation. Shortly after, I decided that my passion for flying was not consistent with a career in the industry and better fit as a hobby. After several years of working in retail operations management, I chose to pursue a career as a therapist and returned to school. Becoming a therapist was a great fit for me because I love getting to know others and enjoy connecting with them on a deeper level. I’ve always had a natural inclination to help others. Additionally, I’ve seen first-hand how beneficial therapy can be through experiences with my own therapist, and strive to create a similar experience for my clients.
