About My Clients
Have you been struggling with anxious or negative thoughts and are not sure how to break out of them? I help adults make sense of their struggles in order to be able to live a more enthusiastic and confident life, and to improve their relationships both within and with others.

I consider it my responsibility to help you make connections of your experiences presently and historically. Doing so provides me with an opportunity to help us find the right set of tools to work through whatever is in the way for you to feel at peace and enthusiastic about your life! Of course, everyone is different and may respond to interventions differently. My goal is to be sensitive and adaptive in my approach to best fit your needs and your situation without compromising authenticity. While you can expect me to be supportive of you, it is my pledge to not shy away from challenging you to make meaningful changes as appropriate. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As an Asian individual in the US, my experiences have helped shape and give depth to my work with my clients. It is important for me that I am able to provide a culturally affirmative environment for you in improving your health, which means we may explore how your cultural lens and systemic pressures may impact some of your struggles. Personally, I love traveling and reading, both of which allow me to explore and appreciate the beauty of unfamiliarity and adventures (physically and mentally!) I also enjoy good food and have picked up cooking as a result of that.
