I am passionate about supporitng women who struggle with depression, anxiety, mood disorders and other mental health issues. Helping mothers cope with Postpartum Depression/Anxiety/Rage and adjusting to motherhood. Holding a space of culturally compassionate healing and support for BIPOC women.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

You’re the kind of person who has always pushed forward, no matter what. On the outside, you’re accomplished, driven, and maybe even the one others turn to for support. But inside, there’s a weight—one you’ve carried for far too long. Maybe it’s the echoes of childhood trauma, painful relationships, or the deep wounds of sexual trauma. You’ve done your best to move on, but the past still lingers— you’re not broken, healing is possible; I look forward to helping you reclaim your future!
