Unlike traditional couples counseling, which is typically open-ended and can last for years, discernment counseling is generally brief and typically completed in 3-5 sessions. I work with couples, adults, and teens who are LGBTQIA+ and/or BIPOC folks. Some themes I love working with include grief, relationships, life transitions, boundaries, anxiety, and depression. Integration of altered states of consciousness, exploration of intersectional identities and intergenerational trauma are also common themes in my practice. I have a passion for helping folks get in touch with their inner knowing & becoming their fullest and most authentic selves.
