My clients often feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, trauma, or relationship struggles. Many are survivors of narcissistic abuse, navigating complex relationships, or working through life transitions. I work with adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and nontraditional relationships, offering a space that is affirming, trauma-informed, and practical. If you’re ready to deepen self-trust, heal past wounds, and create meaningful change, I’d love to support you.
I work with clients who share a common desire: to break free from the grip of perfectionism & control, genuinely connect with others and live in-alignment with their values. Many of my clients are women who are self-diagnosed/newly diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, or AuDHD, and they're ready to embrace their authentic selves. In our sessions, my clients enjoy a blend of humor & compassion, creating a space where they feel understood and supported on their journey towards acceptance & fulfillment.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

Anxiety is exhausting and can feel completely overwhelming. I look forward to teaching you new skills that will lead to relief of these symptoms! OCD is an extreme form of anxiety, and there are tools that work including ERP therapy, mindulness and more. In addition, past unresolved traumatic memories are often the root of compulsive/obsessive thinking. EMDR therapy is a way out of this. I look forward to working together to find just the right tools for you.
Do you often feel anxious, sad, or stuck? Maybe you're having trouble in relationships or with your family, dealing with the effects of a difficult experience, or going through a tough period. It could be that you're questioning your identity or facing challenges from societal or family pressures while trying to discover your true self. Life doesn't always have to be so difficult. I will support you where you are and guide you toward becoming the person you want to be.
It always amazes me the complete turn around clients can do with the tools they already have, they just needed to discover, reorganize or sharpen a few things. Clients who typically seek me out are looking for a therapist who specializes in trauma, perinatal or postpartum issues, women's issues, anxiety or who can help support them in a significant life transition. I am excited to offer you a space to heal, learn and feel you are not alone.
My ideal client is someone who is wanting to make changes and appreciates a direct, but empathetic approach that will sometimes include humor. As a therapist, I will not give you advice but rather help you identify maladaptive patterns, coping skills, behaviors, etc. and work with you on changing those things that are a barrier to happiness and contentment. I believe my clients are their own experts and as such, believe they should drive their treatment and their goals.

People I work with are often overwhelmed with what is happening in their lives and feel they do not have the tools and/or the mental resources to get through these issues on their own. They may be dealing with anxiety or depression symptoms or both. People may also feel they are trying their best to be there for others, their work, or their education, and realize they are not showing up for themselves and their needs. I help people create boundaries in their lives and practice self-care.
