Experiencing infertility can be incredibly emotionally painful. Challenges with conceiving a child can cause stress and lead to anxiety and depression. A diagnosis of infertility can cause grief, emotional trauma and put strain on your relationships. Seeing a qualified mental health professional when you are struggling with infertility can be very helpful. Therapy can help couples deal with the anger or guilt they may be feeling and it can also help them to explore alternative options – like adoption or fertility treatments – in a safe space. If you are experiencing fertility challenges, reach out to one of TherapyDen’s infertility experts today.

I work with adults and adolescents (ages 12 and up) struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, trauma, and relational distress. I also work with members of the LGBTQIA+ population and poly/ENM/kinky folks around gender identity and expression, boundary-setting, and self-acceptance. I am available for both individual and couples counseling, in-person or via telehealth anywhere in the state of Indiana.

Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.
