My experience with clients tend to be adults between the ages of 18-65, across the racial, gender, and sexual orientation spectrum; I work with individuals, couples, and occasionally facilitate a DBT Skills Group. I hold space for those who’ve felt like outsiders—whether due to trauma, race, queerness, or a combination of underserved or historically excluded identities. As a queer, kinky, poly Black man, my own lived experience brings an extra layer of understanding to my work.

I work with women who feel unheard, disconnected, or constrained by past experiences and societal expectations. If you struggle with self-doubt, relationships, intimacy, or reclaiming your desires, I offer a warm, supportive space to explore, heal, and grow. Together, we’ll help you find your voice, embrace your needs, and build fulfilling, empowered connections.
My clients come from far & wide, but what they all have in common is that despite their fears, they work towards connection, growth & presence. I am a queer inclusive and trauma focused therapist who specializes in holding space for individuals wanting to break patterns of fear and learn self compassion. I specialize in serving individuals healing from trauma, LGBTQIA+ folks, & anyone ready to make real, sustainable changes in their life.
My practice is client centered and empowerment based. My goal is for us to create an individualized and effective therapeutic space for you to move toward self-actualization through self-discovery and skill development. I utilize a combination of psychotherapy, skill building work, and evidence-based treatment modalities, and together, we can find a method that works for you and your goals.
Maybe you’ve been exploring your queerness, questioning whether you might be neurodivergent, or facing internal conflict between how you identify and its intersectionality with your familial, cultural, and/or religious values. Perhaps you’ve experienced religious trauma and are looking to incorporate religion back into your life. No matter what you find yourself navigating, I’m here, I’m queer, and I’m glad you found me.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

Things have been tough lately for our community. But we come from a long history of survivors and thrivers. Are you wondering what changes (in action & mindset) could benefit you? What additional support and resources could help? I look forward to learning more about you, your life experiences & strengths. Then we can resource additional insights & tools to help you feel more grounded and set up for growth as you go forward.
Feeling overwhelmed, like you can’t slow down, or maybe ‘stuck’? You’re not alone. Finding the right therapeutic support for you is a great next step. I’m here to help you to reconnect with yourself, & rediscover your unique ways of moving through the world. I utilize trauma-informed practices (actually!), somatic awareness, mindfulness, and creative expression to create a collaborative space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered to grow.
Many of my clients struggle to be vulnerable in relationships, due to the belief that they will experience rejection if they allow others to see their true selves. My promise is to see, hear, and understand each part of you, especially those parts that you are afraid to show others. In particular, I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ clients, especially gay men struggling to overcome internalized homophobia. I also work well with individuals wanting to process early childhood experiences.
My ideal client is a person or couple that knows, no matter what they bring into a therapeutic space, they are valued, and they are the experts of their own lived experience. When we cross oceans together, you'll be the steering the ship, with me as your navigator. I understand the complex reality of intersectional identity that creates privilege or compounds to reinforce oppression and marginalization. My clients seek to live the best version of their lives and are willing to explore to do so.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, chronic illness, and major life transitions. My ideal client is someone seeking support through difficult times, whether that’s coping with health challenges, processing grief, or managing mental health. I value creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and ultimately find strength in their resilience.
I help clients work through PTSD, anxiety, executive dysfunction, relationship struggles, family dynamics, self esteem, and kink and poly relationship issues. I like using warmth, compassion, curiosity, humor, and a lot of hand gestures to connect with my clients and establish a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.
If you’ve been struggling with issues of identity, finding meaning, feeling present, wounds from childhood, anxiety about life transitions, or how to blossom and care for yourself in a world that prefers the straight and narrow, keep reading to see if I can help! My primary specialization is in working with folks who are part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. I love working with trans, queer, nonbinary and gender expansive community, students, disabled people, & non-monogamous.

Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed, as if you're pouring from an empty cup with a full plate to navigate? Do past experiences come to mind intrusively, causing you to feel dysregulated and making it difficult to trust others? Or maybe you're going through a transitional period and are realizing the tools that once served you are no longer for your benefit. You are not alone. You deserve to have a space where you are in control to process and allow the answers within to surface and guide you.
When we feel most overwhelmed and stressed, we often find it difficult to prioritize what we value most. Our interests, our commitments, and the relationships most important to us often suffer when we are struggling. Therapy can offer us a space to reconnect with ourselves, and find a sense of peace and calm, allowing us to move closer to the people and areas of our lives we want. Therapy can help us enjoy life again the way we once used to.
Is your life feeling like an unsolvable puzzle? Are you struggling to find the answers you're looking for? Whether I’m working with individuals or couples, I bring a disarming, yet firm, grounded presence to support you through challenges with relationships and attachment, men’s mental health, mixed-race identity, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. From the start, we will work at your pace to understand your lived experience and identify the core issues getting in your way.
Are you someone who is looking for help or support in your non-traditional relationship structure or sexuality? Are you struggling to feel seen or heard in these identities? As a relational therapist, I recognize that our connections with others are the basis of both the greatest struggles and the greatest rewards we can know. I desire to work with people who are seeking to flesh out their sense of identity and strengths, and through doing so, relate to others more authentically and skillfully.
