Life will undoubtedly throw obstacles in our path, often when we least expect it, but we can ultimately choose how we face those challenges. You do not have to go through your struggles alone. Therapy is a team effort. It's us working together on a journey toward healing and finding your inner strength; understanding any issues you're facing fully so that you can overcome them. We will spend each session focusing on achieving goals that you might have, which can lead you to brighter days ahead.

In my practice, I support clients in grief. Grief takes on many forms, whether it be a loss of a relationship, divorce, death, or other unwelcome ending. I support young widows, survivors of suicide loss, and orphaned adults who feel alone in their grief and don’t know how to ask for the support they need. Often, anxiety is present in grief and can look like high achievement drive, perfectionism, dismissing your needs, people pleasing, desire for control and inability to lean on others.
