As therapist of Therapy Bear, PLLC, licensed in Montana (MT) and Massachusetts (MA), I welcome youth and adults. The focus of therapy at Therapy Bear, continues to be supporting individuals who are recovering from traumatic experiences, struggling with anxiety, depression, “just don’t feel good,” or simply need someone to listen as you process through thoughts and feelings in a safe environment. Being located in Missoula, we offer both: in-person or online services.
Counseling can be as simple as a chat about how you are doing and where you would like to be in life. People often experience distress resulting from an unpredictable world. A common problem for many people stems from feelings of dissatisfaction with their present circumstances. Change may be intimidating, but it’s not impossible - and never too late! I excel at helping my clients find their authentic selves and I am not afraid of challenges, chaos and the messy journey we embark on in therapy.
