I have extensive experience working with diverse populations in various stages of life. I have been in private practice for over 6 years now and have previously interned with Zucker Hillside Hospital's outpatient program where I gained experience treating adults in both individual and group therapy settings. The varying needs that I work with include trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship issues, and self-esteem.
I work with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, addressing depression, anxiety, substance use, chronic pain, and relationship challenges. I support partners navigating communication, trust, intimacy, and conflict resolution to build stronger relationships. As a gender-affirming therapist, I help LGBTQ+ clients navigate trauma, relationships, and self-identity.
