By integrating those early experiences, old cycles are able to change and healing becomes possible.

I address various needs including trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, suicidal thoughts, behavioral issues, relationship issues, fertility, as well as problems related to depression, anxiety, anger, and stress. I utilize a multi-technique approach combining techniques from Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, and trauma.
