Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Trauma, and Oppression run rampant through out society. Sometimes these things make it so that we can not be as present as we would like to be in our relationships, work, and our lives. These feelings can make it really hard to feel present. I can support you with tools and techniques so that you can be your fully expressed self in all areas of your life.

I'm passionate about working with clients who have survived trauma, be it emotional, physical, or sexual. Your body remembers all you experienced and deserves the space to safely reprocess. I love working with children of immigrants navigating intergenerational family dynamics or cultural conflicts. Together we can weave your intersecting identities and values into the tapestry of your life. I also enjoy working with women affected by the patriarchal systems in which we are forced to exist.

Grief can impact every aspect of life: relationships, behaviors, thoughts and emotions. Emotional pain can make you dread going to sleep, waking up, eating and even interacting with loved ones. Losing a loved one, having a life dream shattered or learning something about yourself or a family member that shakes you to the core can feel incredibly isolating. But major losses in life can also open doors to big transformations. That's what therapy is for, it can help you get to the other side.
