Hi I’m Elsa (she/they), a NYC clinical psychologist specializing in life transitions, identity, and spirituality (meaning, purpose, and connection). I’m also passionate about serving communities that have historically experienced barriers to whole-person care including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, Asian American, and neurodivergent (gifted, 2e, autistic, highly sensitive) teens, adults, partners, and families of all kinds. I work with clients to help them understand and heal from the legacy of trauma. My clients come to me having experienced a wide array of symptoms that can range from difficulties with the ability to trust others to feelings of anxiety or hyper-vigilance to feelings of hopelessness.
