It is one of the greatest gifts of my life to be able to serve as a guide to others while they navigate the painful and expansive process of knowing themselves more fully. My experience is focused on teens and adults, ages 13 and up. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I also have training and experience working with the LGBTQ+ population.
