I work with clients feeling overwhelmed by racing thoughts and worry, providing a safe space where they can be authentic. Together, we tackle painful struggles with empathy and support, building resilience. I help them develop the skills and confidence to confront challenges, empowering them to make lasting progress toward healing, growth, and well-being.
My ideal clients are pregnant and postpartum individuals navigating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders or the transition into motherhood. I also work with young adults facing life changes that bring stress or anxiety. My approach includes stress-reduction techniques with a focus on the mind-body connection, helping clients find balance and build resilience during these pivotal moments.
The ideal client for me is someone navigating life’s major transitions. We all need to feel seen, heard, and connected, but busy lives often prevent this. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for those dealing with self-esteem, anxiety, relationship issues, work stress, marital or parenting challenges, and caregiving for aging parents, helping clients manage life’s transitions and grow through them.
I work best with clients who come with an open mind. Whether children, adolescents, or adults, I help them assess their current situation and identify the changes they want to make. By understanding their goals and working backward, we create realistic, meaningful treatment plans to clarify their desires and chart a path toward achieving them.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.

Have you experienced therapy as a good place to vent your feelings but do you continue to feel stuck on the "how" to move forward? I've heard this from more than just a few clients. In the therapy space we create I'll help you find ways to get past the venting stage and into moving forward. This is not a linear process but I will be with you through every step of the way.
Your story is important. Whatever you've experienced, your story deserves to be heard. Dialectically, there is power in that story, and there are times when it can impact internal beliefs and how we experience life. I believe we are unique in our range and intensity of emotions. Sometimes emotions get big and make us act in ways we didn't intend to or know ourselves to be. Sometimes we were never taught the skills to cope, or we can't access skills in the moment.
I have a special interest in working with individuals from late adolescence through adulthood who may be struggling with patterns of codependency in relationships, trauma, anxiety and attachment issue. I have a keen understanding of how our earliest relationships and experiences impact our adult-selves and I support my clients in gaining a deeper, more compassionate understanding of their journey. By integrating those early experiences, old cycles are able to change and healing becomes possible.
I support young adults and adults (18+) through the challenges life brings—be it trauma, anxiety, depression, or self-esteem issues. In our work together, therapy will help restore balance and allow you to regain control. With a compassionate, empowering approach, I guide you through life’s obstacles, making room for healing, growth, and long-lasting change. You’ll uncover your potential to create a more fulfilling life.

Geeks, nerds, hackers, burners, and makers are my specialty! Tired of having a therapist roll their eyes when you talk about gaming? Over it trying to explain that Discord is a chat server and not a state of disharmony? Feeling finished with people who don't understand online friendships are valid social support? You deserve a therapist who gets you in all of your delightful nerdiness and awkwardness. Therapy for geeks from a geek therapist might just be the support you're looking for.
I enjoy working with clients who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, motivation struggles, and self-esteem issues. Whether you’re new to therapy, returning after a break, or experienced in the process, I welcome you into this space. My clients are ready to challenge themselves and are committed to the work it takes to create lasting change, seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
I serve clients from all walks of life and stages of development who are dedicated to personal growth and authenticity by providing them with the appropriate support, coping mechanisms, and tools. My experience with multiple populations has helped me realize the importance of looking at an individual as a whole, rather than just focusing on a specific issue. The mental, physical, and social aspects of an individual are all equally important.
At Resilience Lab I work with young to middle aged adults from diverse backgrounds experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions. It can be hard to find a therapist you feel comfortable with as you navigate these challenges. I’m dedicated to making sure you feel heard and understood.
