I have been several times; lately, I know they are tired of seeing me. I do not want to go again. Last time, the nurse gave me some paperwork about something, but I did not read it. I do my best work with people 18 and older trying to improve the most important relationships there are--the ones with themselves and their romantic partners. This often looks like anxiety and depression individually, and feeling unable to communicate effectively in intimate relationships. I love using a mind/body/spirit approach to those open to it, always with the goal of helping people feel more confident, better able to set boundaries, and be more at peace in their own skin and homes.
