Online Therapy
AEDP was developed by Dr. Diana Fosha and borrows from many common therapeutic methods, including body-focused therapy, attachment theory, and neuroscience. The aim of AEDP is to help clients replace negative coping mechanisms by teaching them the positive skills they need to handle painful emotional traumas. Dr. Fosha’s approach is grounded in a creating a secure attachment relationship between the client and the therapist and the belief that the desire to heal and grow is wired-in to us as human beings. Think this approach may work for you? Contact one of TherapyDen’s AEDP specialists today to try it out.

I work with clients (16+) who struggle with anxiety, insecurity, self-doubt, and difficulty in relationships. Other specialties include trauma and personal growth. They may be overwhelmed by racing thoughts, intense emotions, and stressful relationship dynamics. Many of my clients are high-performing, highly responsible individuals who feel burdened by self-judgment, caretaking others, and struggle to move through their core emotions in order to access their personal power.

Sometimes experiences in the present moment touch & awaken unresolved experiences from the past without awareness; it is all unconscious. This can result in any number of distressing feelings from anxiety, panic, & dissociation, to irritability, anger, overwhelm or sadness. I work with clients to uncover, resource & metabolize experiences from the past so they no longer creep into the present, leading them to defend against situations that are no longer relevant. They can find peace.
