Integrative therapy is the integration of elements from different schools of psychotherapy in the treatment of a client. An integrative therapist will first assess their client and then match proven treatment techniques to their unique situation. As it is a highly individualized approach, integrative therapy can be used to treat any number of issues, including depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. Research has shown that tailoring therapy to the individual client can enhance treatment effectiveness. Think this approach might be right for you? Between and within humans, multiple perspectives exist, and what is discovered depends on how observing happens. This understanding has led to my intense compassion for human suffering, and delight in the unique paths forged. It is possible to ultimately drop attachments contributing to suffering, in order to experience the innately loving conscious beings we are. Here the focus is less on "right and wrong" and more on the wise discernment of what ACTUALLY contributes to suffering.

Are you ready to build a more authentic life for yourself in 2025, one that reflects your growing sense of who you are? I specialize in working with clients exploring neurodiversity, autism, "giftedness", creativity, ADHD, queerness, relationships, perfectionism, gender, anxiety, and depression. I utilize an eclectic style tailored to each client, with experience in creating lasting, meaningful changes for folks who have previously had difficult therapeutic experiences or are new to therapy.

My clients prefer telehealth services. Whether they feel more comfortable accessing therapy from home or have difficulty attending "in person" sessions because of chronic and acute health issues, my schedule allows for weekly appointments with little to no wait time. I always keep my caseload small to accommodate my clients needs, so they feel like they can access support whenever they need it. My PsyPact APIT allows me to provide support whether you are at home, away at college, or traveling.

I mostly work with trans and polyamorous folks who are wanting to grow and improve their lives. You are good, and I believe that fear often clouds one’s goodness. So often blocks to wellness can be found in the parts of ourselves that we believe we must hide, shame, or disregard. Through shadow work and exploring the narratives that we live by, I work with my client's to reclaim their power and find wholeness.

I enjoy working with clients on relationship issues, anxiety, adjustment, trauma, and with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals, teens, couples, families, and children. My history working in community health settings with children experiencing behavioral issues and developmental disorders continues to inform my practice as a clinician. I have worked closely with families undergoing lifestyle transitions and young adults entering college.
