About My Clients
Her training has primarily been working with children and families involving topics around anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, issues at school, coping skills, and family conflicts. She also spent one year working with survivors of domestic abuse. She has experience working with the LGBTQ+ population, gender identity, individuals on the Autism spectrum, ADHD, marital/couple conflicts, depression, grief, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self-harm, suicidal ideation, self-esteem issues.
My Background and Approach
Aimee takes a non-judgmental stance and believes that everyone has their own strengths even when dealing with difficult life stressors. She strives to provide a safe and comfortable space where clients can openly communicate about their thoughts and find the tools they need to keep moving forward.
