My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for clients and bring positive changes to their lives. I would like to guide them to better coping skills, conflict resolution, and promoting personal growth for adults, children, relationships, and families. Together we can assess your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, come up with coping mechanisms, and take steps to live a happier and more satisfying life.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. Joseph’s University and I am working towards my Masters in Social Work. I am currently interning at Blossoming Lotus Therapy.
