About My Clients

You might be feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, or past trauma, unsure if things can ever change. Maybe life just feels overwhelming, and you’re stuck in a pattern you can’t break. But here’s the thing—healing is possible. Together, we’ll work through what’s holding you back and find new ways to cope, create boundaries, and move toward a life that feels more like you. Change doesn’t have to be scary, and you don’t have to do it alone.

My Background and Approach

I’m here to support you through a range of challenges, including PTSD, medical or childhood trauma, and complex diagnoses. My work often involves helping individuals navigate the impact of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and religious trauma. I’m passionate about body-affirming care and body-neutrality, and I’m dedicated to helping you build self-compassion, self-esteem, and acceptance. If you’re exploring your identity, facing LGBTQ+ issues, or going through religious deconstruction, I provide a safe and supportive space for that. I also specialize in gender-affirming care, helping you explore and express your authentic self. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, and I’m committed to helping you create a life that feels true to who you are, no matter what challenges you’re facing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives. Our experiences shape us, but they don't have to define us forever. I am passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for all individuals to explore who they truly are. I value inclusivity and respect for every person’s identity, and I’m committed to supporting my clients, whether they are navigating trauma, self-acceptance, or identity exploration. I believe in body-affirming care, self-compassion, and the importance of mental health advocacy. I’m a strong supporter of the LGBTQ+ community, and I also believe in the power of spiritual exploration and healing from religious trauma. Outside of work, I support causes that promote social justice, equality, and access to mental health care for all. I also believe in the value of connecting with others, which is why I spend a lot of time with friends, building meaningful connections. If you feel ready to take that next step, I'd love to help.
