About My Clients
We may work especially well together if you are looking to explore: Grief/loss, experiences of sexual violence, racial violence, PTSD, family conflicts, a healthy expression of anger, addiction in your family, bipolar symptoms, adverse childhood experiences, anxiety, depression, how to manage chronic illness, dream work, and spiritual identity development.
My Background and Approach
We may attribute different meanings towards suffering, but one thing is for sure- we all suffer! From feeling disconnected from ourselves or others, not being heard or seen, figuring out how to survive, grieving through global indifference to suffering, or questioning our existence, there is a lot to process at once. Together we can discover new insights and forge new patterns that align with your values, beliefs and culture. I consider all aspects of who you are, where and who you come from, your story, as well as the systems and experiences that contribute to suffering. My approach is strength-based, collaborative and creative. Throughout our work together, I actively encourage your questions and feedback to ensure that you are getting what you need quickly and effectively. We can work together in English and/or Spanish.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Having lived and practiced in a number of countries, as well as belonging to multiple cultures, I am able to witness how human experiences of love, pain and family are navigated and expressed through multiple beautiful ways. My experience has been primarily in community mental health and educational settings. I believe that everyone should have access to therapy, if that's what they want. I can work with you around affordable services. I am Licensed in Florida, living abroad, able to practice almost globally.
