I am a licensed therapist in Florida with many years of experience in the mental health field. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma processing, and holistic wellness, helping clients gain insight into their past and understand how their thoughts shape their present. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m passionate about giving back to the community, actively participating in mental health awareness initiatives and local outreach projects to help make support accessible to all. I believe in creating a world where everyone has the resources they need to thrive. Outside of work, I love staying active through volleyball and basketball, baking, and unwinding with a good reality TV show. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, soaking up the sun, and hiking in National Parks—I’m always looking to cross another park off my list!
