My Background and Approach
My goal is to help you in understanding the root causes of problematic patterns and unhelpful thinking and to develop stronger awareness and regulation of your emotions through building healthy coping skills. Two therapeutic philosophies I stand by are the concepts that our mood follows our behavior and that, in order to find balance in our lives, we must learn how to move between accepting reality as it is and changing ourselves in the hopes of better outcomes.
