About My Clients

I enjoy working with clients ranging in age from 17 to 55. I have experience working with veterans, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals who are working through life transitions. I have experience working with clients who are facing ADHD, autism, bipolar, gender dysphoria, depression, anxiety, and trauma. My ideal client is someone prepared to embark on a journey of self-discovery. I thrive in collaborating with clients who are open to change and transformation in their lives.

My Background and Approach

In my therapeutic practice, I draw upon evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT and IFS. These approaches align with my belief in the importance of combining practical strategies with a holistic understanding of each individual's unique experiences. I have experience working in crisis intervention at the community level and the role has deepened my understanding of the immediate needs and complexities individuals face during crises. I approach each situation with empathy, sensitivity, and a collaborative spirit, aiming to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore and process their experiences. I am committed to fostering a collaborative and empathetic therapeutic relationship with my clients, recognizing the inherent strength and resilience within each individual. Together, we can work towards achieving your goals and fostering positive change in your life. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to support you on your journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the power of change and that with the right support, everyone can achieve the goals they set for themselves. I wholeheartedly believe that each person is on a unique path and deserves the chance to explore, understand, and embrace their true selves. I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and participate in community actions that support the community. I am a veteran who has served overseas and I recognize the impact that trauma can have on individuals and through my own therapy, I have gained insight into myself.
