My Background and Approach
As your therapist, we will work together to break down unconscious barriers and restore balance in life. Therapy has helped me immensely, and I'm sure you deserve it too. I utilize elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy. I examine your core beliefs, challenge them, and help you better understand yourself. We also look at the relationship between your past and the present.
