About My Clients

I help adults, young adults, and older teens with unique identities navigate anxiety, life transitions, and redefine who they are - not just who other people want them to be. If you are exploring your identity as a 2SLGBTQ+ person, or as a a third culture kid or as part of an immigrant family, I can help support you on that journey. If you're reclaiming your sense of self as a recovering people-pleaser, high-achiever, or someone lost in toxic relationships - this is the place for you!

My Background and Approach

I am a client-centered, psychodynamic therapist trained at Columbia University in New York. My work is informed by queer theory, mind-body experiences, and intersectionality. That means we seek to understand what’s inside of you, what’s outside of you, and how they overlap and intertwine. This is a space for you to decide what you need and what it means to be your best and favorite self. We can navigate how your experiences interact with family or cultural pressures. We can explore how your past relationships and experiences have influenced that ways that you interact with the world now. And we can figure out what it means to show up for yourself fully, in the way that best serves you, while being mindful of your communities and relationships.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
