My practice focuses on serving LGBTQIA+ individuals exploring their gender identity and sexual orientation or experiencing the impacts of societal and familial prejudice. She works closely with clients who have faced religious trauma or are undergoing deconstruction, helping them rebuild a sense of authentic self. I also have an understanding of the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals, offering tailored support to navigate a world that can often feel non-inclusive.

My approach blends narrative, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and affirmative therapies tailored to empower teens, adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and neurodivergent clients. Brandy’s passion lies in helping clients reclaim their narratives and build lives of authenticity and connection.
