I focus on centering and elevating the voices of those who have often been historically marginalized by society. This includes, but is not limited to, Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), LGBTQIA+, and immigrants/undocumented folx. You are the expert on your story, and your tale deserves to be told, heard, honored and respected. Through a collaborative therapeutic process, we will work together to explore your emotional landscape, experiences, and family and community dynamics.

My Background and Approach

As a person and therapist, I welcome and celebrate everything that comes with your identity, including who you are and hope to become. I will continue to work within my professional role and personal life to advocate for the mental health needs of historically marginalized communities. Therefore, I operate from a person-centered framework focused on healing, social justice, anti-oppression, and allyship.
