About My Clients

I work with queer and trans folks, artists, and survivors navigating trauma, identity, and transformation. My clients seek support in healing from past wounds, reclaiming their stories, and stepping into their authentic selves. Together, we explore gender identity, recovery, and societal challenges using talk therapy, poetry, expressive arts, and body-based practices. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel fully seen, heard, and empowered to heal.

My Background and Approach

I am a queer, trans femme therapist with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and an emphasis in Expressive Arts Therapy. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and creative, combining talk therapy with expressive techniques like poetry, movement, and somatic practices. I specialize in supporting queer and trans individuals, artists, and survivors of trauma as they navigate identity, healing, and personal transformation. My work is grounded in empathy, active listening, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I believe therapy is a collaborative, creative process where you are the expert of your own life. Together, we will create a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your emotions, reclaim your story, and empower you to make meaningful changes. I draw on diverse therapeutic modalities, including parts work, somatic practices, and narrative therapy, to help you build resilience, heal from past wounds, and step into your authentic self.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the strength, resilience, and inherent wisdom of every individual. Healing is a personal and transformative journey, and I honor the unique path each person walks. I view identity as fluid and multi-faceted, shaped by both personal experience and societal influences. My work is grounded in social justice, and I am committed to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for people of all backgrounds. I believe that healing involves not just addressing individual pain, but also recognizing and challenging the larger systems of oppression that contribute to trauma. Through therapy, I aim to empower my clients to reconnect with their authentic selves, reclaim their voices, and navigate life with greater agency and self-compassion. Ultimately, I believe that every person has the potential to heal, grow, and live in alignment with their true identity.
