Drs. Chanel Dismuke and Calle Pierson have experience in a broad range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and concerns related to individuals in the LGBTQA2s+ and BIPOC communities. Our goal is to provide evidence-based individual therapy services in a safe, collaborative environment. We aim to help you explore your sense of self, values, and goals and to help you identify and address barriers achieving your goals and promoting quality of life.
My Background and Approach
We believe that, while you cannot always control the world around you, you have a choice in how you respond to that world. We are licensed clinical psychologists who have been trained in several different therapy approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
