My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The process of therapy historically has been studied for its benefits in reducing both psychological and physiological suffering, as well as providing a healing opportunity in discovering one's authentic self. Developing self-awareness and acceptance, working through the roots of one’s personal problems, making lasting and powerful changes, and finding meaning and richness in one’s life is an empowering process that Carly is so grateful and honored to join you in. The approach used is effective for depression, anxiety, issues of trauma and abuse, relationship concerns, and connection with yourself and others. Carly believes that each individual has unique strengths, talents, and the capacity to find answers for healing within.
