About My Clients

Whether you're experiencing self-doubt or low self-esteem, relationship challenges, difficulties with communication and boundaries, life transitions, negative impacts from trauma, or struggling to understand and/or cope with emotions, you do not have to do it alone. I specialize in working with self-esteem issues, trauma, and anxiety, and I'm passionate about supporting those impacted by sexual and/or domestic violence.

My Background and Approach

My approach is individualized, person-centered, trauma-informed, and strength-based. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is key to creating positive change, and I partner with folks to identify treatment goals and eliminate barriers. Through curiosity, empathy, and authenticity, I aim to create a space for folks to feel respected and empowered. I take an anti-oppressive approach to therapy, recognizing the various forms of discrimination, inequality, and power that shapes the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us, and our abilities to grow and heal. Over the last decade, I've worked closely with people impacted by sexual and/or domestic violence. I've learned that it's never too late to get support, healing is possible, and a trusting therapeutic relationship can lead to positive change. I recognize you are the expert in your life, and we will work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
