If you've found yourself here, you may be ready for the next step in your healing journey. Do you feel like whatever you're holding inside is just too painful? My goal is to create a compassionate space for you to process whatever it is you've gone through. It can be scary, but it's never too late to heal and grow.
My Background and Approach
My approach focuses on "what happened to you" and NOT "what is wrong with you." We'll set goals and create a treatment plan that works for you. I am trauma-informed and strengths-based in practice. I offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and also use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in sessions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people already have what it takes to make changes in their lives, they just need help accessing it sometimes. We aren't meant to do everything alone, healing is no different. You may hear me say, "People aren't islands" more than once but it is to stress how important it is to create and maintain a circle of support.
