Your story matters. I believe therapy is a process where you deserve to be seen, validated, and understood in a safe and compassionate space. I am invested in your unique history and story, recognize the role that trauma plays in your current life and functioning, and understand that most of our behaviors are established in self-protection. I help to explore these areas of your life, hold space for your story, and explore healing moving forward.
My Background and Approach
Trying to find the right therapist can be hard work. I hope to make the process a little easier by providing a welcoming, nonjudgmental, and relaxed environment. I provide an empathetic, integrative approach that prioritizes the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of individuals, couples, and families. I am dedicated to providing a safe and accepting environment for individuals to process, explore, heal, and grow. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including Brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, IFS, DBT, and Gottman Method, to assist in meeting individuals and couples where they are and to create a personalized plan for wellness.
