My Background and Approach
Overall, I utilize a total of three different techniques (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) -CBT is a highly effective approach to therapy that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. ACT is a unique and innovative approach to therapy that combines mindfulness and acceptance strategies with commitment and behavior change techniques. DBT is a comprehensive and collaborative approach to therapy that combines acceptance-based strategies with practical skills training to help clients build a life worth living Ultimately, I aim to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their innermost thoughts and feelings, gain clarity and perspective, and develop the skills and strategies they need to thrive. Together, we can unlock the full potential within each person and journey toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
