About My Clients

I work with adults who’ve experienced complex trauma, often from childhood or interpersonal violence. Many of my clients feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or like they’ve had to split off parts of themselves just to survive. Some are healers or activists navigating burnout, grief, or compassion fatigue. My clients are insightful, resilient, and ready — even if nervous — to explore their healing at a deeper level.

My Background and Approach

I bring over two decades of experience in trauma healing, rooted in a strong foundation of clinical training and social justice values. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity, care, and collaboration. I integrate EMDR, Ego State Therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, neurobiology, Clinical Hypnosis, and relational theory to support healing at the nervous system, emotional, and meaning-making levels. I’m currently training in Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), and was trained by MAPS in MDMA-Assisted Therapy for trauma. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for each person's unique story and inner wisdom. Together, we create a space where all parts of you are welcome, and healing can unfold at a pace that feels safe and empowering.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is both personal and political. As a longtime advocate and activist, I hold a deep commitment to anti-oppression, collective liberation, and trauma-informed care that centers safety, dignity, and choice. I believe therapy should be a space where you can come as you are — messy, complex, tender, powerful — and be met with compassion and respect. Outside the therapy room, I’m passionate about community work, music, and reconnecting with friends, and calling all animals I see "my fren". I’m also a forever student of the nervous system, liberation movements, and the many ways people survive and heal. I owe a debt of gratitude to my roots in the punk rock and DIY subcultures/movements, and like to joke that I'm a graduate of the Ian MacKaye School of Business.
