My Background and Approach
I am EMDR trained and incorporate a variety of therapeutic models in my work. Our first few times meeting will be working on best understanding your concerns and goals to make sure I am a good fit for you. I view mental health as a key aspect of a well-rounded wellness journey and work to make therapy accessible and meaningful. I hope that each person I have the opportunity to work with leaves feeling more empowered and hopeful. One-size-fits-all therapy is not how I work. Everyone has a unique experiences, beliefs, and backgrounds. Individually, I work to incorporate this into my work with people. Additionally, I work on a systemic level to disrupt stigma and barriers to access.
