I believe people change when they are given the means and opportunity and that it is our responsibility as a society to ensure individuals have a pathway address what we lack to grow and thrive. Our childhood creates the foundation for the remainder of our lives and healing the inner child that so often gets pushed aside help address the thoughts and behaviors that we have developed in an effort soothe the parts of of our past the caused us pain and continues to affect us present day. I work at understanding how people arrived to their current position and helping their find ways to have self-compassion for themselves.
