I focus on working with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety and trauma to reduce symptoms, find purpose and healing. I implement evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, MI and TF-CBT. My Background and Approach
I first became an addiction counselor in 2017 and supported those struggling with substance use concerns, implementing a harm-reduction approach. I have since focused on working with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety and trauma to reduce symptoms, find purpose and healing, through evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, MI and TF-CBT. Having received my Master's of Psychology at the University of Washington, I was trained extensively in these EBTs to provide research-based and person-centered therapy. I completed my internship at Seattle Children's Hospital in the ADHD program. I also have worked extensively with families and children for parent coaching and ADHD/Behavioral Concerns.
