I specialize in teens, young adults, & adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, depression, & trauma. Together we can focus on healing different parts of yourself, mending your relationships, or exploring which path to take when at a crossroads. My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is: Non-judgmental, evidence-based, & gently challenging. I often use an eclectic approach of theories in my practice, tailoring it to you as an individual. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy & then decide the most appropriate ways to help you feel seen, heard, & make progress. During our time together, I'll help you learn how to challenge limiting thoughts & beliefs and make meaningful positive change in your life!
