My Background and Approach
I welcome all lifestyles as a culturally aware therapist, with a focus on BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. All genders, sexual orientations, races, cultures, and faiths are welcome. As your therapist, I will meet you where you are with light-hearted humor and sincerity. I have over 9 years of experience with depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting challenges, familial conflict, and trauma. As your therapist, I will use a person-centered, strengths-based perspective. Together we will work towards setting and achieving realistic goals.
