About My Clients
**Please note , that at this time, I am only accepting new clients who are interested in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)** If you have been feeling "stuck" for an extended period of time, have tried therapy and not found any progress, or are suffering from a traumatic event(s) that have left you with PTSD, chronic depression and anxiety, you may be a good candidate for KAP. KAP has shown breakthrough clinical results that can help you find the *release* you deserve.
My Background and Approach
I take a person-centered approach to therapy in which I will always try to understand my clients' point of view and take into account all of my clients' circumstances. I respect my clients and will always be genuine and honest in working with you. I hold specialties in treating trauma as a Certified Trauma Professional and can help my clients work through deep rooted trauma or a recent traumatic event. I also use an existential approach in which I help my clients find meaning, develop self-awareness and develop your true identity. I provide you with an invisible toolbelt of methods you can use on a daily basis to decrease stress, anxiety and negative thoughts. My goal for you is to live a life free of daily disturbances and help you adapt to your current or past circumstances while finding your sense of peace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I acknowledge that therapy is not a One-Size Fits All, and I am dedicated to providing counseling approaches and techniques based on my clients' unique circumstances and needs. I accept my clients unconditionally and am non-judgmental. I strive to be culturally competent and I continuously work to be an active ally to BIPOC and the LGBTQIA+ community. I am a deeply empathetic person and care about the well-being of all living things.
